Hello party people! Thanks for stopping by my corner of the interwebs. Having spent over 10yrs in the music, live events and  tourism industries curating, planning and producing a variety of events, I feel grateful to be where I am today.

Throughout my years, I've worked with brands such as Live Nation, Rock the Vote, Charlotte Center City Partners, Bristol Rhythm & Roots Reunion and Beech Mountain Resort (among others) to develop event marketing strategies that better engage the communities they serve.

In 2020 I embarked upon a new path to become a Chopra certified meditation instructor and life coach, and in addition to marketing services, I will soon be offering private & group coaching sessions. You can follow along the journey via the Dharma Digs Podcast.
